Copyright (c) 2026 Multilarm (multilarm.com) All Rights Reserved. This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the Multilarm software ("Software"), developed and maintained by the owner of multilarm.com ("Licensor").
The source code, design, architecture, algorithms, and all associated intellectual property of the Software are PROPRIETARY and CONFIDENTIAL.
You may NOT:
You are granted a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for PERSONAL, NON-COMMERCIAL purposes, subject to the following conditions:
Personal use includes: private hobby projects, personal productivity, and private learning — provided no commercial benefit is derived.
SOLE-OPERATOR USE IS ALSO FREE. The free licence additionally covers use by a single individual who has no employees — a freelancer, a sole trader, or an unincorporated hobby club — on ONE device, for their own work. This exists so that a one-person business is not made non-compliant on day one by a boundary intended for organisations. It does not extend to any business with employees, to more than one device, or to using the Software to provide a service to third parties; each of those requires a commercial licence under section 3.
Any use of the Software for COMMERCIAL purposes requires a separate written commercial license obtained from the Licensor prior to use.

Commercial licenses are granted at the sole discretion of the Licensor and may be subject to fees and additional terms.
Redistribution of the Software, in whole or in part, in any form — including compiled binaries, installers, or bundled packages — is strictly PROHIBITED without prior written consent from the Licensor.
Certain components — including the Multilarm SIP paging companion and the Cloud Relay service — are made available only to accounts holding a current paid subscription with the corresponding add-on enabled. These components verify entitlement against the Licensor's servers.
You may NOT:
Doing any of the above terminates this licence immediately under section 7.
The SIP paging component additionally incorporates third-party software whose licence restricts the territories in which it may be used and distributed. That is why it is supplied only through the Licensor's account portal, to a named account, and never through public package repositories. Redistributing it places the Licensor in breach of obligations owed to a third party, and is treated accordingly.
NOTHING IN THIS SECTION AUTHORISES THE SOFTWARE TO STOP OPERATING IN A WAY THAT WOULD SILENCE AN ALARM. The Software is designed so that a lapsed or unverifiable entitlement degrades a paid ADD-ON, never the scheduled alarms, emergency announcements or local operation of an existing installation, and never as a result of the Licensor's servers being unreachable.
The Software is published only at https://multilarm.com and through the winget and Chocolatey package repositories. Copies obtained from any other source are not authorised by the Licensor, may have been modified, and are not covered by this Agreement or by any support undertaking.
Checksums for every published release, and a signature over those checksums, are published at https://multilarm.com/multilarm/SHA256SUMS.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE LICENSOR MAKES NO GUARANTEES REGARDING THE SOFTWARE'S RELIABILITY, ACCURACY, OR SUITABILITY FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically and without notice from the Licensor if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy any copies in your possession.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts applicable to the Licensor's registered location.
